Job Description

As the Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives across earned, paid and owned channels. You will own the growth strategy and lead the team in raising awareness and credibility of our brand and offering, and driving acquisition.


  • Managing and leading the growth team, overseeing all marketing and growth channels, including PR and communications, brand marketing, lead generation, events, SEO, social media (paid and organic), email, content, and product marketing.
  • Owning the strategic growth strategy and collaborating with senior leads across different teams to launch key growth initiatives.
  • Taking sole ownership of all aspects of brand marketing, events, founder and company communications by managing a specialist PR agency.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, and ensure that all campaigns are running smoothly and meeting set goals.
  • Spearheading all marketing partnerships and sponsorships to further enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Ensuring that all communications maintain a consistent tone relevant to the business’s brand and client needs.
  • Managing and working alongside third-party agencies to enhance our marketing efforts.


  • 7-8 years of relevant professional experience, including 2-3 years of managing both senior and junior employees.
  • Proven experience in driving growth for B2B businesses, preferably in the tech and/or nascent sectors.
  • Proven cross-channel experience across PR and communications, brand marketing, lead generation, events, SEO, social media (paid and organic), email, content, and product marketing.
  • Strategic experience with a strong emphasis on brand marketing, PR and communications, events and content marketing.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a range of audiences though simplified, compelling messages.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to effectively tell stories through data
  • Interest in influencer marketing and social media marketing.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Right to work in the UK.


  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
