Job Description

As a Partnership Manager at WeArisma, you will play a key role in establishing the partnership channel, building a portfolio of channel partners and growing the company’s customer base through partnerships. 

Responsibilitie

  • You will shape our Channel Partnerships strategy (Marketing / Media / PR Agencies, Tech Provider, Social Media Platforms) and value proposition
  • You will be accountable for identifying and building out our portfolio of channel partners, identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the WeArisma customer base via the partnership channel
  • You will be accountable for setting up demand generation via partnerships that can take us from 1 to 10 in exposure and upsell opportunities 
  • You will drive new partner acquisition, taking the lead personally where required
  • You will be responsible for building a high-performing team of Channel Partner Managers
  • You will work with the Growth & Marketing team to define and execute against a Marketing strategy for channel partnerships, including relevant collateral and messaging
  • You will communicate the WeArisma value proposition to channel partners and their clients, as well as more broadly within the ecosystem (e.g., at events)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in Channel Sales in a high-growth, scale-up environment (SaaS, equivalent) and ecosystem experience
  • You have a proven track record of hitting quota for demand generation and new business
  • 3+ years of experience of leading teams
  • Demonstrable network within relevant sectors (professional services, technology, eCommerce)
  • Outstanding track record of professional and academic performance
  • Results Driven – you hold yourself accountable for delivering on your targets
  • Proactive – you identify, plan and execute against opportunities to grow
  • Laser Focused – you are ruthless in spending time on the highest impact initiatives
  • Relationship Oriented – you can build deep and trusting relationships with partners
  • Communicator – you have excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills

Languages

  • English Mandatory.
  • French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
